“Working with Abby has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. When I first came to her, I was reeling from unimaginable loss - the passing of my husband, followed just months later by the loss of my eye. I felt shattered and uncertain of how to begin again. Through her incredible compassion, deep insight, and intuitive approach to trauma work, she helped me slowly rediscover my strength and sense of self.
“Our sessions combined talk therapy with powerful inner child work that helped me understand not only my grief, but also the parts of me that still longed to be seen and cared for. She created a space where I could grieve, grow, and eventually transform my pain into purpose. With her support, I began to rebuild my life - not as it was, but as something entirely new and meaningful.
“If you are looking for a therapist who is not only clinically skilled but also profoundly human - someone who meets you exactly where you are and gently walks with you toward who
you can become - I can’t recommend Abby enough.”
- Meaghan O.
